easy fudge 5

Fudge is great, but so many of the recipes are tricky, temps are hard to get right and if you are anything like me have more fudge fails than fudge successes!

So this little gem might just change all that – it is yummy, quick and only has two ingredients!!!

Here is what you need:

Easy Fudge

Nestle Choc Melts, 1 Can condensed Milk, a bowl, spoon, microwave, pan or slice tray & baking paper

Add the melts and the condensed milk to the bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute, remove and stir and then continue to microwave in 30 second increments until it is smooth and completely melted and combined.

easy fudge 2

Pour into lined slice pan and chill for 2 hours

To line anything with baking paper I spray oil first then lay the paper on and it sticks nicely!

easy fudge 3

Slice once completely chilled. This type of fudge does not keep well out of the fridge so is not the fudge to sell at a bake sale but wonderful if kept chilled and served straight from fridge. Yum!

Enjoy and let me know how you got on!

I have made a similar one before but it was a two layered one – one layer of chocolate, same as your recipe and one layer with white choc, condensed milk, peppermint essence and green food colouring. Really yum!
