I mainly cook with breasts or boneless thighs, thighs of course being the more flavourful and moist of the cuts of chicken. I always remove the skin and any fat, but feel free to use your favourite cut of chicken if you prefer.
These are all recipes tried and tested by me, except for the final 3 dishes which are from my dear foodie friends that look too good not to include!
